AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution forming Bowling Alley RFP review
Committee.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners in 2015 purchased the Bowling
Alley property as part of a the Master plan for the Event Center. The
county is currently issued a request for proposals to move forward
with improvements to the property that will fit with in the guidance of
the Master plan.
This resolution is to setup a committee to review the submitted
proposal and make a recommendation to the Board of County
Commissioners.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the proposed Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Resolution forming the Bowling Alley review committee.
