AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a request for proposals for Consulting services to
assist with developing and implementing a Public Involvement plan
with the Courthouse Committee.
BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners have created a courthouse
committee to look into the needs of the courthouse and jail. Part of
this committee will be looking at the existing structure and the cost to
remodel compared to the cost to relocate.
The commissioners are requesting proposals from a consulting firm to
facilitate the courthouse committee and community involvement in
the processes.
At this time we would like to advertise for consulting services.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the Request for Proposals.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the request to publish the request for proposals.
HANDLING: Clerk of the Board to publish.
