AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Thomas Rowe, Ph.D.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Thomas Rowe,
Ph.D., for conducting psychological evaluations, conducting interviews of applicants for
employment or reserve service, and preparing and conveying reports of psychological
findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Thomas Rowe, Ph.D.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff's Office to provide a
fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor.
