BOARD OF COI.INTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COT.NITY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2ozt- ol5 <br />A RESOLUTION REGARDING LEASE AMENDMENT WITH ELLENSBURG <br />PALLETS LLC <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County and Ellensburg Pallets LLC entered into a lease December 1, <br />2020; and <br />WHEREAS: the parties desire to amend that lease in the form of Attachment "A"; and <br />WHEREAS: at a public hearing, duly noticed, the Board of County Commissioners determined <br />it to be in the best interest of the public to amend the lease with Ellensburg pallets LLC. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that chairman of the Board of County <br />Commissioners is authorized to execute an amendment to the lease with <br />Ellensburg Pallets LLC. <br />DATED this iqtu day of 2021, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COI"INTY CO SIONERS <br />KITTITAS <br />Clerk of the <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board
