AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: January 19, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and 509 Facilities Services.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and 509
Facilities Services. By this agreement, 509 Facilities Services will provide weekly
janitorial services at the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office at 307 W. Umptanum Rd in
Ellensburg, as detailed in Exhibit "A" of the agreement.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and 509 Facilities Services.
HANDLING: Please return originals to KCSO. KCSO to provide a fully executed
agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor.
