REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:00 A.M. JANUARY 4, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz;(via WebEx) Cory Wright, Commissioner.
Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy
Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk
of the Board I; HopeSource Representative’s Craig Kelly and John
Raymond.
REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration
meeting.
CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars.
PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and
PAF’s.
CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS
The Correspondence Log for the week ending January 1, 2021 was
presented.
REQUEST AMENDMENT NO.1 COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature
on Contract Amendment No. 1 to Contract HH-2020-002-HopeSource-CIP
between HopeSource and Kittitas County as presented. Commissioner
Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS
The Board determined for the week of January 4, 2021 they would post
on their Facebook page, the Energy Code Updates; a kudos to Dr.
Larson for all his work and efforts through the pandemic and then
once the Governor speaks this week the Board plans to post about the
unified front they have with Public Health in the new re-opening
phases that are to be announced.

There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the
Board participated in, individually over the past week.
