JANUARY 4, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz;(via WebEx) Cory Wright, Commissioner. <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I; HopeSource Representative’s Craig Kelly and John <br />Raymond. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending January 1, 2021 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />REQUEST AMENDMENT NO.1 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on Contract Amendment No. 1 to Contract HH-2020-002-HopeSource-CIP <br />between HopeSource and Kittitas County as presented. Commissioner <br />Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board determined for the week of January 4, 2021 they would post <br />on their Facebook page, the Energy Code Updates; a kudos to Dr. <br />Larson for all his work and efforts through the pandemic and then <br />once the Governor speaks this week the Board plans to post about the <br />unified front they have with Public Health in the new re-opening <br />phases that are to be announced. <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES
