PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT RENEWAL <br />A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") was made and entered into byand between Kittitas County and FISH Community fooO Bank on the 25th of September,2020for a period of thirty (30) days, with the option to rinew upon agreement of the parties. <br />The Parties do so desire to renew the terms of the Agreement, which is attached hereto andincorporated by reference,. for a new one-month p.rioO. The new expiration date for thisAgreement shall be the 25th of Decemb er, 2020. Ail other terms and conditions of the originalAgreement remain unchanged.
