PRO SSIONA SERVI AGREE MENT RE NEWAI, <br />A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") was made and entered into byand between Kittitas County and FISH Community fooA Bank on the 25th of Septemb er,2020for a period of thirty (30) days, with the option to renew upon agreement of the parties. <br />The Parties do so desire to renew the terms of the Agreement, which is attached hereto andincorporated by reference, for a new thirty (30) day pJ.ioA. The new expiration date for thisAgreement shall be the 25th of December 2020t. Ali other terms and conditions of the originalAgreement remain unchanged.
