A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") was made and entered into byand between Kittitas County and FISH Community f'ooa gank on the 25th of September, 202bfor a period of thirty (30) days, with the option to renew upon agreement of the parties.
The Parties do so desire to renew the terms of the Agreement, which is attached hereto andincorporated by reference, for a new thirty (30) day poioa. The new expiration date for thisAgreement shall be the 25th of Novemb er, 2020. Rit bttrer terms and conditions of the originalAgreement remain unchanged. This Agreement is subject to renewal for additional successiveperiods upon the written consent of the parties.
