AGENDA DATE: January 5, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Ratifying and Specifying Funding for the MOU between Superior Court and Court Advocates for Children for Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: On January 26, 2011 the Superior Court entered into an MOU with Court Advocates for Kittitas County (copy uploaded). That MOU was replaced with one in 2019 (copy attached).
This Resolution specifies funding for 2021 in the amount of $62,900.
Court Advocates also receives funding from the State. In 2021 said amount will be $45,260 and is passed thru the Superior Court Budget.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and signed the proposed Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and Execute a Resolution Ratifying and Specifying Funding for the MOU between Superior Court and Court Advocates for Children for Kittitas County.
