ACTION REQUESTED: Request to execute Agreements for Kittitas County Superior Court Indigent Defense Services with Deborah King
BACKGROUND: In 2018, 2019, and 2020 the Superior Court entered into contracts with attorneys to provide indigent defense services for adult and juvenile criminal matters. This contract
is the same as 2020 except for paragraph 13 where the DSHS reference is changed to DCYF and scope of work and compensation which is:

INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and signed the proposed Agreements.
RECOMMENDATION: Execute the Agreement for Kittitas County Superior Court Indigent Defense Services with Deborah King
