AGENDA DATE: January 5, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of an Ordinance Adopting the Kittitas County Capital Improvement
Program for the Planning Period 2021-2026
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on
December 29, 2020 to consider the Kittitas County Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for the Planning Period 2021-2026. At the public hearing, the
Board of County Commissioners considered public testimony, approved the
proposed CIP, and directed staff to prepare enabling documents. The attached
ordinance would formally adopt the CIP.
INTERACTION: CDS, Auditor’s Office, Public Works, Airport Department, Event Center,
Sheriff’s Office, Solid Waste, Facilities Maintenance, Board of County
Commissioners
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ordinance adopting the Kittitas County Capital Improvement
Program for the Planning Period 2021-2026.
