AGENDA DATE: January 5, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board signature on Resolution specifying the composition of
the New Courthouse Advisory committee.
BACKGROUND: In March of 2020 the Board of County Commissioners signed a
resolution creating a county house advisory committee. The 2020
resolution did not address the specific make up of the committee.
This resolution is to clarify the make up of the committee and the
expectation of the committee.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office, and Solid Waste
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards signature on Resolution specifying the
composition of the Advisory Committee.
HANDLING: Return a copy
