AGENDA DATE: January 5, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the Evergreen
Forest County Group, A Rural Public Lands County
Council Affiliate.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Memorandum of Agreement is for Mr.
Weidner to serve as the Washington D.C. government
relation’s advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of
the Evergreen Forest County Group, a Rural Public Lands
County Council Affiliate.
INTERACTION: Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager confirmed the
amount is in the 2021 budget. The Prosecutors office
reviewed the proposed Memorandum of Agreement on
December 22, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Robert K.
Weidner and Kittitas County in the amount of $10,000.00
to serve as the Washington, D.C. government relations
advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of the
Evergreen Forest County Group from January 1, 2021
through December 31, 2021.
