REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:00 A.M. DECEMBER 14, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; Cory Wright, Commissioner. (via WebEx)
Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy
Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk
of the Board I; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager.
REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration
meeting.
CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars.
PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and
PAF’s.
CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS
The Correspondence Log for the week ending December 11, 2020 was
presented.
EXECUTIVE SESSION PUBLIC WORKS
At 9:04 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for ten minutes to evaluate the
qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review
the performance of a public employee. However, subject to RCW
42.30.140(4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, and
other conditions of employment to be generally applied within the
agency shall occur in a meeting open to the public, and when a
governing body elects to take final action hiring, setting the
salary of an individual employee or class of employees, or
discharging or disciplining an employee, that action shall be taken
in a meeting open to the public. No action was anticipated.
At 9:14 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.

DISCUSSION PLAUCHE & CARR COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board signature
on an extension of a Professional Services Agreement with Plauche &
Carr LLP. to conclude on 4/30/2021 with a monthly fee of $8,000.00.
Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS
The Board determined for the week of December 14, 2020 they would
post on their Facebook page, any COVID-19 updates; the Airport Re-
organization Press Release that Commissioner Wright is working on;
and the Law & Justice Grants Press Release.
OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES
There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the
Board participated in, individually over the past week.
Meeting adjourned at 9:31 a.m.
