ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and Prestige Post Acute and Rehabilitation – Kittitas Valley.
BACKGROUND:
The PSA between Kittitas County and Prestige Post Acute and Rehabilitation – Kittitas Valley is
established to allow the Prestige Post Acute and Rehabilitation to obtain, utilize and/or
distribute items for local COVID-19 response, with Kittitas County providing reimbursement to
the Prestige Post Acute and Rehabilitation for purchases.

RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County and Prestige Post Acute and Rehabilitation – Kittitas Valley.
