A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING LEASE EXECUTION
WHEREAS: The county Airport Department requires office space; and
WHEREAS: the Ellensburg Business Development Authority (dba. Centerfuse) has appropriate
space available; and
WHEREAS: at a public hearing, duly noticed, the Board of County Commissioners determined
it to be in the public’s best interest to enter into a lease agreement with Centerfuse
for office space for the county’s Airport Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
authorizes execution of a lease for office space between the county and
Centerfuse and hereby authorizes the Director of Airport Operations, Mr.
Benjamin West, to sign said deed and execute any other documents necessary to
carry out the transaction.
