AGENDA DATE: December 15, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare for 2021.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and CompassDirect
Healthcare (Formerly known as Family Healthcare of Ellensburg) for the year 2021 to
provide on-site medical care to the inmate population within the Kittitas County Jail.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare for 2021.
HANDLING: Please return 1 fully signed original to KCSO.
