KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 15, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare for 2021. <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and CompassDirect <br />Healthcare (Formerly known as Family Healthcare of Ellensburg) for the year 2021 to <br />provide on-site medical care to the inmate population within the Kittitas County Jail. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare for 2021. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully signed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: Superintendent Steve Panattoni <br />
