ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners’ approves the request to approve resolution to authorize asset transfer to Kittitas County Youth Services.
BACKGROUND:Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD)acquired assetsthrough a grant from the Health Care Authority (HCA) for the Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative. KCPHD
is no longer a recipient of this HCA grant or responsible for directly implementing the Community Prevention and Wellness Initiative, as it has been transferred to Kittitas County Youth
Services.

RECOMMENDATION:
