Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />12/15/2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Renewal between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for Out of Home Services. <br />(Effective date: 12/25/2020 – End Date: 1/25/2021) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or <br />prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at temporary housing, <br />for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency Operations <br />Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD). <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 12/08/2020 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Renewal between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for Out of Home Services. <br />(Effective date: 12/25/2020 – End Date: 1/25/2021) <br />HANDLING: <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Chelsey Loeffers
