PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT RENEWAL A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) was made and entered into by and between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank on the 25th of September, 2020 for a period of thirty (30) days, with the option to renew upon agreement of the Parties. The Parties do so desire to renew the terms of the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for a new thirty (30) day period. The new expiration date for this Agreement shall be the 25th of January 2021. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement remain unchanged. This Agreement is subject to renewal for additional successive periods upon the written consent of the Parties.
