STAFF REPORT
DATE: December 15, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Consider approval of a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a renewed Interlocal Agreement between KITTCOM and Kittitas County for an exchange of services.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has the need for after-hours call out services and KITTCOM has the need for certain legal services. Each party is willing and able
to provide those services to the other entity as detailed in the attached Interlocal Cooperation Agreement.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office was directed to draft the attached resolution and renewal of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution and amended Interlocal Cooperation Agreement that are attached.

For on-call Prosecutor After Hours Services and
corresponding renewed Interlocal Cooperation
