KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />DATE: December 15, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Consider approval of a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a renewed Interlocal Agreement between KITTCOM and Kittitas County for an exchange of services. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has the need for after-hours call out services and KITTCOM has the need for certain legal services. Each party is willing and able <br />to provide those services to the other entity as detailed in the attached Interlocal Cooperation Agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office was directed to draft the attached resolution and renewal of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution and amended Interlocal Cooperation Agreement that are attached. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT: Resolution to Authorize the Renewal of an Interlocal <br /> Agreement Between Kittitas County and KITTCOM <br /> For on-call Prosecutor After Hours Services and <br /> corresponding renewed Interlocal Cooperation <br /> Agreement. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Stephanie Hartung, DPA <br />
