It appears that I have come to the end of another term on the Fair Board. I recognize that the BOCC will advertise the
position to any interested persons, but that preference is to be given to current Board Members who desire to
continue. Typically I have filed a more formal letter to express my desire to continue to serve on the Fair Board. But in
the spirit of COVID and being crazy busy at present, lam putting in this expression of continued interest in writing in this
email.
lf this is not a sufficient enough expression of my desire to continue to serve on the Fair Board, please let me know and I
will make it more formal.

Board of County Commissioners,
I have enjoyed my time on the Kittitas County Fair Board. Even in these times of challenges we have
endured and are moving ahead full steam.
ln my area changes are always encouraged and with the help of my amazing Superintendents we will
forge on in 2027. This year we did offer an Open Division in Photography and were pleasantly surprised
with the level of participation. Folks just wanted to do something and support Kittitas County Fair.
Recently lt was my honor to have our departments awarded the Washington State Department of Ag
Commissioners Black and White Ribbon. This is the highest honor given.
I am submitting this letter to request reappointment to the Kittitas County Fair Board. There is so
much more to do! I am looking forward and beginning planning for next year.
