RESOLUTION
NO.: 2020-
A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE COUNTY ASSESSOR THE RESPECTIVE AMOUNTS OF TAXES LEVIED FOR EACH TAXING DISTRICT
Whereas: It is the duty of each taxing district to file certified budgets or estimates with the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 84.52.020;
WHEREAS: It is the duty of the Board of Commissioners to certify to the County Assessor the respective amounts of taxes levied by the Board for each taxing district, pursuant to RCW
84.52.070(1);
WHEREAS: Each taxing district has filed certified budgets or estimates with the Board of County Commissioners;
WHEREAS: A copy of each taxing district’s certified budget or estimate, as filed with the Board of County Commissioners, is attached to this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners certifies to the Kittitas County Assessor the respective amount of levied by the Board for each taxing
district as set forth in each taxing district’s certified budget or estimate, copies of which are attached to this resolution.
ADOPTED this day of 2020 at Ellensburg, Washington.
