(via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending December 4, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-205 OFFICE CLOSURE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-205, A <br />Resolution Authorizing the Closure of the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners Office on December 18, 2020. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION PLAUCHE & CARR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated this is a following up on the <br />conversation with the Board last week. He wanted to make sure if the <br />County agreed to do 4 more months, he would ask Plauche & Carr to <br />bring forward an extension of their Contract for the Board to <br />consider before the end of the year. Chairman Wachsmith agreed. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz reminded Commissioner Wright that we need to <br />get the County Prosecutor to approve it and extend the Special <br />Deputy Prosecutor Appointment for the extension.
