Kittitas Countv <br />e4Public Health <br />_- partinen <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 17, 2020 <br />WebEx Meeting <br />10:00 am <br />Present <br />Board of Health (BOH): <br />Cory Wright, Brett Wachsmith, Laura Osiadacz, John Asriel M.D. <br />Public Health: Katie Odiaga, Tristen Lamb, Mark Larson M.D. <br />Meeting called to order at 10:23 am <br />Introductions <br />Introductions were completed. <br />Executive session began at 10:25am <br />Executive session ended at 10:30am <br />Minutes <br />Motion to approve the July 16, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes <br />Motion 09-01: Motion to approve the July 16, 2020, Board of Health meeting minutes. Laura Osiadacz <br />moved to approve the July 16, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes. Brett Wachsmith second. All <br />approved. Motion 09-01 carried to approve the July 16, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes. <br />Business <br />Tristen Lamb explained the options for a special purpose committee for the purpose of recommending <br />appointment of a new Board of Health Member. After discussion, it was determined that the committee <br />would be comprised of two Board of Health Advisory Committee members, one Board of Health <br />member. Ms. Lamb and Mark Larson would participate in the committee as non-voting members. <br />Department Updates <br />Ms. Lamb presented the Kittitas County Public Health preliminary budget information to the board. <br />Other <br />The GCACHN Presentation will be re -scheduled to a special meeting time, due to technical difficulties <br />and time constraints. <br />
