Introductions were completed.

Minutes
Motion to approve the July 16, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes
Motion 09-01: Motion to approve the July 16, 2020, Board of Health meeting minutes. Laura Osiadacz
moved to approve the July 16, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes. Brett Wachsmith second. All
approved. Motion 09-01 carried to approve the July 16, 2020 Board of Health meeting minutes.
Business
Tristen Lamb explained the options for a special purpose committee for the purpose of recommending
appointment of a new Board of Health Member. After discussion, it was determined that the committee
would be comprised of two Board of Health Advisory Committee members, one Board of Health
member. Ms. Lamb and Mark Larson would participate in the committee as non-voting members.
Department Updates
Ms. Lamb presented the Kittitas County Public Health preliminary budget information to the board.
Other
The GCACHN Presentation will be re -scheduled to a special meeting time, due to technical difficulties
and time constraints.
