He noted items would be taken out of order. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending November 25, 2020 (due to <br />the holiday) was presented. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION I.T. SALARY REQUEST I.T. <br /> <br />Zane Kinney, Application Development Manager discussed with the <br />Board a request to offer the selected candidate for the Application <br />Developer vacancy in their office. He explained that they received <br />two applications and one did not respond to the request for an <br />interview. He stated that the candidate countered the offer <br />originally made and it would be at 78% of the salary range. The <br />Board expressed their frustrations regarding the requested salary. <br />Commissioner Wright requested the Board recess into Executive <br />Session. <br /> <br />At 9:09 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session for five minutes, with Zane Kinney,
