SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 2:00 P.M. NOVEMBER 20, 2020
Board members present via WebEx: Chairman, Brett Wachsmith &
Commissioner Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others via WebEx: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II;
Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO; Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager;
Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board.
SPECIAL MEETING AUDITOR’S OFFICE COMMISSIONERS
At 2:00 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to
consider a Resolution Amending a Contract with the Chamber of
Commerce Related to Aid to Nonprofit Organizations, Chamber
CARES Grants and Kittitas County Strong Round 2 Grants.
RESOLUTION 2020-192 CHAMBER OF COMMERCE/KITTITAS CO. AUDITOR
Commissioner Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-192,
Resolution Amending a Contract with the Chamber of Commerce
Related to Aid to Nonprofit Organizations, Chamber CARES Grants
and Kittitas County Strong Round 2 Grants. Chairman Wachsmith
seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
OTHER BUSINESS
A Letter to the Washington State Auditor was discussed and
Chairman Wachsmith was authorized to sign it due to it being
time sensitive. Staff was directed to put it on the Special
Meeting set for November 24th, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., to ratify
Chair’s signature.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:10 p.m.
