BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2020-_______ <br />A Resolution AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF INTERNAL CONTRACTS FOR AWARD OF LTAC FUNDING <br />WHEREAS:The county may use funds from the lodging tax for tourism to support internal projects; and <br />WHEREAS:the Kittitas County Auditor’s Office and the Kittitas County Event Center have made application for such funds; and <br />WHEREAS:the Board of County Commissioner finds the award of such funds to both be allowed by law in in the public’s best interest. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners is authorized to execute internal contracts with the Kittitas County Event Center for projects in 2020 and 2021 and <br />with the Kittitas County Auditor’s office for a project in 2021. <br />DATED this __________ day of _________________, 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington.BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERSKITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON__________________________________________Chair__________________________________________Vice-Chair__________________________________________Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br />_____________________________ <br /> Clerk of the Board <br /> Deputy Clerk of the Board
