ACTION REQUESTED:
The Upper Kittitas County District Court is requesting approval of the Indigent Services Agreement
between Upper Court and Marjorie Alumbaugh.
BACKGROUND:
Yearly renewal of Indigent Services Agreement with Attorney Marjorie Alumbaugh for 2021.
INTERACTION:
Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Doug Mitchell has approved as to form.
RECOMMENDATION:
I recommend the BOCC approve the 2021 Agreement for Indigent Defense Services.
HANDLING:
Please return one signed copy to the Upper Kittitas County District Court.
