We received 8 applications and are recommending funding <br />of 5. Once the resolution is approved, each recipient will receive an agreement for their <br />project or purchase. The Council is also recommending, as noted in the resolution, a <br />formal reserve of $100,000.00 to be set aside for clean up of the current shooting <br />range and the potential development of a new range. <br /> <br />We are asking 2 of the applicants to provide additional information to the Council prior <br />to a decision to recommend funding. We hope to make the decision of these 2 at the <br />next meeting of the Council. <br /> <br />Additionally, because of the amount available for grant funding, the Council will be <br />advertising for a second round of applications. The deadline for this round is February <br />15, 2021.
