Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />December 1, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In-Home Services. (Effective <br />date: 11/25/2020 – End Date: 12/25/2020) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The PSA between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank to provide grocery and/or <br />prepared meal delivery to individuals under isolation or quarantine order at their place of <br />residence, for a total of two weeks per household, unless extended by order of the Emergency <br />Operations Center (EOC) or Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved November 12, 2020 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved November 24, 2020 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and FISH Community Food Bank for In-Home Services.
