RE: Change Order #1
This Change Order No. 1 is for deleting the Laundry from the current contract and adding the
removal of Unit 32 to the demolition contract.
This change order will add an additional 15 days to the contract to allow for the required rodent
abatement.

Additional Site restoration $11,612.00
New Contract amount $71,632.06
Total cost does not include sales tax.
