AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: December 1, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Systems for Public Safety Inc. (aka SPS).
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriff's Office and SPS is to install, service, and maintain the specialized
equipment of the Sheriff s Office's vehicles.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Systems for Public Safety Inc. (aka SPS).
HANDLING: Please return two originals to the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office. We
will send them to the vendor for signatures and return one fully executed original to the
BOCC for County records.
