KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 1, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Systems for Public Safety Inc. (aka SPS). <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County Sheriff's Office and SPS is to install, service, and maintain the specialized <br />equipment of the Sheriff s Office's vehicles. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Systems for Public Safety Inc. (aka SPS). <br />HANDLING: Please return two originals to the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office. We <br />will send them to the vendor for signatures and return one fully executed original to the <br />BOCC for County records. <br />LEAD STAFF: Chief Deputy Ben Kokjer <br />
