KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 1, 2020 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Resolution to accept Contract <br />Change No. 24 with Aspect Consulting, LLC for the <br />consumptive use pilot project. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: In 2013, Kittitas County and Aspect Consulting <br />LLC entered into a Professional Services <br />Agreement for services necessary for Kittitas <br />County to establish a water mitigation bank. In <br />2018 Kittitas County, through Contract Change No. <br />16, tasked Aspect with developing and <br />implementing a consumptive use study. This study <br />is being conducted to help formulate strategies for <br />areas without water mitigation options (red zones). <br />To complete the scope of work identified in <br />Contract Change 16 (Consumptive Use Pilot <br />Study), Aspect Consulting LLC requires additional <br />funding.
