AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: December 1st, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2021.
BACKGROUND: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) on October 15th, 2020 the proposed Contract with the Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services
for 2021 was discussed.
INTERACTION: The LTAC voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of budget option “C” allocating up to $368,095.00 for the proposed Professional Services Agreement with the Chamber
of Commerce. PSA has been approved by DPA Mitchell via SR #50526.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2021 of up to $368,095.00
