NOVEMBER 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; Cory Wright, Commissioner. (via WebEx) <br /> <br />Others Via WebEx: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy <br />Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk <br />of the Board I and two members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and <br />PAF’s. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Correspondence Log for the week ending November 13, 2020 was <br />presented. <br /> <br />DIRECTION BOARDS COMMITTEES COMMISSIONS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith announced he had been informed by Public Health <br />that they could no longer staff the County’s Behavioral Health and <br />Recovery Advisory Board (BHRAB). He stated that Rich Elliott offered <br />to Clerk the BHRAB meetings but the County has a Resolution that <br />states all County Board’s, Committees and Commission’s must be <br />clerked by a County Employee and comply with the OPMA. The Board <br />directed Commissioner Wachsmith to go back to Public Health and <br />notify them that the Committee will remain Clerked out of their <br />Department either by the current Clerk or another County Employee <br />and the few hours a month of time it takes can be charged to the <br />General Fund. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDED CONTRACT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Item pulled.
