11/12/2020 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING <br /> THURSDAY 3:30 P.M. NOVEMBER 12, 2020 <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Greg <br />Zempel, Prosecutor; Dan Carlson, CDS Director; and Mike Flory, <br />Planning Official. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 3:35 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would not be recessing into Executive Session as <br />advertised to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. <br /> <br />Dan Carlson, CDS Director updated the Board on the potential for <br />plans being added to the master plan for affordable housing units. <br />There was discussion on if the BOCC was interested in pursuing this. <br />Mike Flory, Building Official was able to answer questions of the <br />Board.
