BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF'KITTITAS <br />STATE OF'WASHINGTON <br />RESoLUTToN No. 2o2o - lq 0 <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRS SIGNATURE ON TASK ORDER 05.2 _ <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 05 WITH KPG, P.S. F'OR THE UPPER <br />COUNTY ROAD MAINTENANCE FACILITY <br />WHEREAS: The Kiuitas County Board of County Commissioners authorized Task Order <br />05 with KPG, P.S. urder Resolution 2018-013, for architectural design <br />services supporting the relocation of the Upper County Road Maintenance <br />Facility in the amount of $417,374.29; and <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners authorized the award of the <br />construction contract to Blew's Construction on May 17, 2020 under <br />Resolution 2020-096: and <br />WHEREAS: The current Task Order is set to expire December 3I,2020; and <br />WHEREAS: This amendment will extend the completion date and add an additional <br />$35,000.00 to the Task Order to cover unanticipated services needed to <br />support the project through completion for a new total amount payable of <br />$452,374.29; and <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby approve Chair Signature on Task <br />Order No. 05.2 - Amendment No. 2 to Task Order No. 5 with KPG, P.S. for <br />the Upper County Road Maintenance Facility. <br />DATED on this l/h day of Novemb er 2020 , at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />WA <br />Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Vice-Chairman <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />cory t, Commissioner
