AGENDA DATE: November 17, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval for Chairs signature a service agreement
with Dude Solutions.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Maintenance has been looking for a preventive
maintenance software to assist with tracking work orders and
maintenance cost on facilities and equipment. The county had Dude
Solutions in the past and with the updated program and facility audit
that is now available it appears to be the best fit for our facilities and
vehicles.
INTERACTION: Maintenance staff
RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards approval for Chairs signature on the Service
Agreement with Dude Solutions.
HANDLING: Return Service Agreement.
