ACTION REQUESTED: Request for Public Hearing to consider a new lease for T-Hangar
#2 with updated rates.
BACKGROUND: Staff is requesting a public hearing to consider a new lease for T-
Hanger #2 at the recently increased rate of $150 per month.

INTERACTION: Board of County Commissioners and Airport staff.
RECOMMENDATION: To set a public hearing for December 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM to answer
any questions or concerns.
