REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration
meeting.
CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendars.
PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS
The Board of County Commissioners approved the County Vouchers and
PAF’s.
CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS
The Correspondence Log for the week ending November 6, 2020 was
presented.
PROCLAMATION VETERANS DAY COMMISSIONERS
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve a Proclamation for Veterans
Day on November 11, 2020. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
RESOLUTION 2020-186 DESAUTEL HEGE COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution 2020-186, A
Resolution to Authorize Contract Amendment Execution for Desautel
Hege Communications, Inc. Contract. Commissioner Wright seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
RESOLUTION 2020-187 RETROACTIVE WYMAN RENFROW COMMISSIONERS
11/09/2020 MINUTES 2
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution 2020-187,
Resolution to Approve a Retroactive Appointment for Wyman Renfrow to
the Kittitas County Law Enforcement and Firefighters Disability
Board. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
UPDATE INFO. TECHNOLOGY UPDATE I.T.
Jim Goeben, IT Director and Doug Fessler, Network Administrator gave
the Board an update on WebEx Features recently released as well as
an update on the Community/Public WiFi location status.
DISCUSSION RYAN THOMPSON – POND DEDICATION COMMISSIONERS
The Board discussed and determined that Commissioner Wright would
attend and speak on behalf of the Board at the Dedication today.
DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS
The Board determined for the week of November 9, 2020 they would
post on their Facebook page, the Veterans Day Proclamation signed by
the Board on 11/9/2020; Thompson Pond Dedication announcement; and a
posting about where residents can attend Veterans Day gatherings and
break the rules.
OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES
There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the
Board participated in, individually over the past week.
