NOVEMBER 04, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman, Brett Wachsmith; <br />Vice-Chairman, Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via WebEx: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator; Stephanie Hartung, <br />Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING RESOLUTION/CONTRACTS PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to <br />discuss & consider Contracts and a Resolution brought forward by <br />Public Health. <br /> <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator presented and reviewed <br />4 Contracts and a Resolution for the Boards consideration. She <br />answered questions regarding funding specifics and timelines. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT CONSOLIDATED CONTRACT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Public Health <br />Administrator’s signature on a Consolidated Contract Amendment <br />16. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDMENT OF DH CONTRACT PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />No action. Need additional meeting for Commissioner Osiadacz and <br />Commissioner Wright. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ROBIN READ – KC COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize the Board <br />signature on a Professional Services Agreement between Robin <br />Read and Kittitas County Re: COVID-19 Data). Commissioner Wright <br />seconded.
