COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 9:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 04, 2020
Board members present via WebEx: Chairman, Brett Wachsmith;
Vice-Chairman, Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others via WebEx: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II;
Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator; Stephanie Hartung,
Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING RESOLUTION/CONTRACTS PUBLIC HEALTH
At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to
discuss & consider Contracts and a Resolution brought forward by
Public Health.
Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator presented and reviewed
4 Contracts and a Resolution for the Boards consideration. She
answered questions regarding funding specifics and timelines.
AMENDMENT CONSOLIDATED CONTRACT AMENDMENT PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Public Health
Administrator’s signature on a Consolidated Contract Amendment
16. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
RESOLUTION AMENDMENT OF DH CONTRACT PUBLIC HEALTH
No action. Need additional meeting for Commissioner Osiadacz and
Commissioner Wright.
AGREEMENT ROBIN READ – KC COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize the Board
signature on a Professional Services Agreement between Robin
Read and Kittitas County Re: COVID-19 Data). Commissioner Wright
seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
AGREEMENT KCHN COVID-19 IMPACT PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board
signature on a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
2020-11-04 MINUTES 2
County Health Network and Kittitas County (Re: COVID-19 Impact
Assessment). Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
AGREEMENT GENESIS CREATES COLOR PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Board
signature on a Professional Services Agreement between Genesis
Creates Color and Kittitas County. Commissioner Wright seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:39 a.m.
