SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 11:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 05, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. (via Webex)
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Greg Zempel,
Prosecutor; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Benjamin West,
Director of Airport Operations; and Ken Grannan, Airport
Coordinator.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:01 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 15
minutes to consider the minimum price at which real estate will be
offered for sale or lease when public knowledge regarding such
consideration would cause a likelihood of decreased price. However,
final action selling or leasing public property shall be taken in a
meeting open to the public. No action was anticipated.
At 11:16 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action taken.
At 11:16 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the minimum
price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a

leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the

At 11:31 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
At 11:31 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the minimum
price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when
public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a
likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or
leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the
public. No action was anticipated.
At 11:36 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Direction was provided to Staff to prepare 12-month Ag Lease
Extensions (11/30/2021).
