COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 11:30 A.M. OCTOBER 20, 2020
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Tristen Lamb,
Public Health Administrator; Lisa Young, HR Director; and Dan
Carlson, CDS Director.
SPECIAL MEETING COVID-19 WORKPLACE STRATEGIES COMMISSIONERS
At 11:30 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting for the
Board to discuss workplace strategies relating to COVID-19.
Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator discussed with the Board
that Public Health will not be disclosing case information on county
employees as it is against Public Health practices.
Lisa Young, HR Director reviewed the current policies with the
Board. There was discussion on revising current policy to be better
prepared for a case within County buildings. Messaging will go out
to employees regarding case contact information and education.
Ms. Young provided an updated COVID-19 symptom flow-chart from the
Department of Health. The chart was recommended through Management
Team. The Board approved using the flow-chart.
Meeting adjourned at 11:48 a.m.
