OCTOBER 29, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice- <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; <br />Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Neil Caulkins, Deputy <br />Prosecutor; Jim Goeben, IT Director; Doug Fessler, Network <br />Administrator; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:03 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:18 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There <br />was no action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:18 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:28 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
