COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
THURSDAY 11:00 A.M. OCTOBER 29, 2020
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-
Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others via Webex: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II;
Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Neil Caulkins, Deputy
Prosecutor; Jim Goeben, IT Director; Doug Fessler, Network
Administrator; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor; Julie Kjorsvik,
Clerk of the Board.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:03 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15
minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential
litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member
acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party,
when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result
in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No
action anticipated.
At 11:18 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 11:18 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,
the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 11:28 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 11:28 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal
counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency
enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing
the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency,

the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is,
or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. No action anticipated.
At 11:33 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:33 a.m.
