Planner Jeremy Johnston presented the request for Board

find it consistent with the preliminary approval documentation.
Discussion was held. Commissioner Laura Osiadacz asked if there
is anything in the documentation that explains where the

infrastructure of the homes. Director Mark Cook stated, no
there is not and questioned how we would condition Suncadia with
their subcontractors to be compliant. Commissioner Cory Wright
moved to table this topic until the subsequent agenda session.
Director Dan Carlson stated we have thirty (30) days to approve
the plats from the time they are submitted. Planner Jeremy
Johnston stated the plat was submitted on October 9th and would
be within the timeframe for approval if moved to the agenda
session next week.
