BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COL]NTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2O2O - i 8I <br />RESTORING THE FIFTY (50) MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT TO BULLFROG <br />ROAD MILEPOST 0.72 TO MILEPOST 2.70 <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners temporarily reduced the <br />speed limit on Bullfrog Road (MP 0.72to MP 2.70) responding to failing asphalt <br />with Resolution 2020-00 I ; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works completed repairs to Bullfrog Road <br />(l\/P 0.72 to MP 2.70) and issued contract substantial completion onOctober 22, <br />2020; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works desires returning Bullfrog Road (MP 0.721o MP 2.70) to its <br />previous speed limit of fifty (50) miles per hour; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby restore the fifty (50) miles per hour speed limit on <br />Bullfrog Road from milepost 0.72to milepost 2.70. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the restored speed limit shall be effective upon re-installation <br />of fifty (50) miles per hour speed limits signs on Bullfrog Road. <br />DATED this 3rd day of November 2020, atEllensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COI.]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Brett an <br />Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />Laura Vice-Chairman <br />!
