Field DBE Program
Initial request:
Neil, I need a resolution giving the Director of Operations at the Airport permission to sign the
2021-2023 DBE plan for Bowers Field. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise is an FAA
mandate that airports will try to find DBE contractors for a certain percentage of their Federal
project contracts. I need the BOCC to designate me the official representative to sign the 2021-
2023 DBE program and any future DBE programs. Thanks for your help, Benjamin
