The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise is an FAA <br />mandate that airports will try to find DBE contractors for a certain percentage of their Federal <br />project contracts. I need the BOCC to designate me the official representative to sign the 2021- <br />2023 DBE program and any future DBE programs.
