AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: November 3, 2020
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Abracadabra Cleaning Services.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and
Abracadabra Cleaning Services. By this agreement, Abracadabra Cleaning Services will
provide weekly janitorial services at the Kittitas County Sheriff's Office at 307 W.
Umptanum Rd in Ellensburg, as detailed in Exhibit "A" of the agreement.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County Sheriff's Office and Abracadabra Cleaning Services.
HANDLING: Please return (1) original to KCSO. KCSO to provide a fully executed
agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by vendor.
